Wearing different shoes
When I worked in medical research, I soon realized walking up and down the lab aisles and standing at the bench all day, required good running shoes. Most of the clinicians and Ph.D. students also wore them, except on clinic days when they interacted with patients. As the U.S. Science Editor of a weekly trade publication, I discovered that running from one symposium to the next in large convention centers required the best running shoes. Did I make my destination on time? Yes, and I often snagged a front row seat - better to hear the presenter, see the slides, and ask questions. However, for any type of reception, I always carried a pair of business shoes.
Each project is different and I'm sure you want the best shoes. I'll work hard to provide the perfect fit.
